Dev scripts for EEGDash#

Internal section. These scripts are not part of the public learning path: they are debugging and benchmarking probes used during EEGDash development – for example, comparing Braindecode’s BIDSDataset against EEGDash’s own loader.
This section is intentionally hidden from the rendered Examples
gallery (docs/source/conf.py aggregator,
docs/tutorial_restructure_plan.md Phase 1 step 5, line 1190). The
files remain in-tree so internal documentation references still
resolve, but they are not surfaced as tutorials and are not held to the
49-rule rubric (E1-E6) that applies to the public sections.
