EEGDash Corpus v1#

Version 1 extends version 0 to every publicly usable dataset named by REVE’s paper: 78 datasets, of which 11 are ingested by EEGDash and wait for conversion and 1 is still to be ingested. The numbers of the added datasets come from EEGDash’s records until they are converted; the views below are those of v0, with the added datasets stacked by status.

siena-scalp-eegSiena Scalp EEG Database v1.0.0seizureCC-BY-4.0held, not converted: counts and hours not measured yet; a local copy is held (58 files, 17 GB, checksums verified); 14 subjects, about 130 h, 29 channels; PhysioNet's public S3 mirror is the fast way to fetch it
The 12 datasets v1 adds: 11 ingested by EEGDash and not yet converted, 1 still to be ingested; numbers from EEGDash's records until converted.

SparrKULee carries CC BY-NC 4.0 in NEMAR’s dataset description (EEGDash’s record lists none), so a v1 Zarr store that includes it carries non-commercial terms; its EEGDash records carry no signal metadata, so its hours are measured at conversion. Siena Scalp EEG is held and waits for its deposit on NEMAR; its numbers follow.

v1 holds 78 datasets: v0's 66, 11 to convert and 1 to ingest; the numbers of those come from EEGDash's records until converted (SparrKULee, Siena Scalp EEG Database v1.0.0 unmeasured).

Electrode coverage#

One mark per electrode position (398 positions in 978 channel sets): v0’s positions measured in the Zarr store, plus the channel sets of 10 of the datasets v1 adds, read from EEGDash’s records with the hours those records state; hover a mark for the v0 and added shares. Not on the map yet: SparrKULee, Siena Scalp EEG Database (no channel metadata in EEGDash’s records, or not yet ingested).
